Prolecto Data Retention Manager
What It Does
The Prolecto Data Retention Manager enables scheduled removal of sensitive and obsolete data from NetSuite (by deletion or obfuscation). By defining policies and underlying actions, businesses are able to use this tool to express their data retention strategy within NetSuite and provide auditors with system-generated evidence of compliance. For obfuscation, the tool leverages NetSuite's API but provides more flexibility with dynamic data selection and automated execution.
