What It Does

Prolecto Cash Application Management provides added modules and automation to import BAI2 (or other) files from your financial institution into NetSuite and automatically match complex payments to native NetSuite transactions while supporting rapid cash reconciliations.

Why It Matters

Organizations with payments against multiple invoices and credit memos struggle to apply cash quickly. With learning algorithms to help with automated matching, the application supports scalable cash management and controlled accounting period processing and reconciliation.

  • Added Support for Cash App Backup records: Cash App Backup records offer a unique NetSuite email address, allowing users to forward emails with optional attachments. These records can include custom business logic (via a Plugin mechanism) to parse email and attachments into metadata. This metadata assists Cash Application in matching and automatically applying bank remittance data to open A/R within NetSuite.

  • Incorporated logic in the Cash Application Transaction Matcher script to self-reschedule if there are pending batches to be processed.
  • Enhanced Transaction Matcher script to auto-apply a single CashApp Transaction to invoices from multiple customers (via multiple Customer Payments). The auto-apply feature was previously limited to creating a single Customer Payment.
