Prolecto Vendor Deposit Generator

Add a custom field to the purchase order for the deposit amount. When the field has a value, add a button to the purchase order form to create the vendor bill. The script adds the vendor deposit lines to the purchase order and redirects to the transform PO to vendor bill page.

  • Enhanced the bundle with better exchange rate support. When option "SYNC EXCHANGE RATE ON PREPAYMENT CONSUMPTION" is set, the exchange rate of any PO-sourced Bill/Credits with the Prepayment item on it will be set to the exchange rate of the earliest bill with a Prepayment item on it for that PO.

New option to add a button to the Item Receipt to Bill from the PO. This is useful for partial receipts and billing where we want to partially apply the vendor deposit to the vendor bill corresponding to the item receipt. The regular Bill button on the item receipt does not include the vendor deposit. The regular Bill button on the purchase order applies the complete vendor deposit. With this option, we also need a new option to use $1 rate for vendor deposit lines with a quantity equal to the dollar amount.
