Prolecto Referral Obligation Manager

A toolset to describe relationships between entities that allow for one transaction to qualify for producing an obligation to another entity. For example, if a referral for a client is provided by an entity, if the new customer is invoiced, a lookup for the referral obligation is used to generate a related vendor bill.
