The Questionnaire Accelerator Template extends NetSuite with a flexible engine for designing and managing questionnaires that support real business processes. Questionnaires can be completed by internal users within NetSuite or by external users through a secure link. Key capabilities include: -A wide range of question types (text, date, yes/no, single-select, multi-select, and more) -Sequenced questions that create a logical flow for respondents -Validation rules that ensure responses meet business requirements -Required questions that prevent incomplete submissions -Dynamically generated options based on user context and NetSuite data -Conditional branching that adapts questions based on prior responses The template includes all records needed to define questionnaires, along with a standard Suitelet for answering and submitting them. For organizations with advanced needs, custom UIs can be built on top of the questionnaire engine. Responses are stored directly on any NetSuite record - customers, transactions, or others - so that captured data becomes part of the operational system of record.

Many questionnaire tools exist on the web, but none integrate seamlessly with NetSuite. They cannot automatically draw from NetSuite records or store responses back into the system without custom integration. The Questionnaire Accelerator Template does both. For example, at the conclusion of a project, the system can automatically email the customer a link to a tailored survey. Because the questionnaire has direct access to NetSuite data, it can present questions specific to that project’s attributes. Once completed, responses are written directly onto the project record. No external systems, no integration workarounds—just NetSuite extended to capture the feedback you need.
