Prolecto Landed Cost Line Applications

As a complete replacement to NetSuite’s Estimated Landed Costs SuiteApp, the Prolecto Landed Cost Line Applications offer flexible landed cost models applied at the line level on item receipts. Highly configurable rate cards define application rules, which are then evaluated and matched to item receipt lines.  Formula expressions and effective dating drive planned cost changes.  The application works on all records that support item receipts and landed costs without regard to their original source (such as inbound shipments or transfer orders).

What It Does

The Prolecto Landed Cost Line Applications fully replace NetSuite's Estimated Landed Cost SuiteApp. This model enables inventory costing managers to define transaction criteria that align with item receipt lines. Each rate card uses highly configurable expressions to calculate landed costs, with item receipt lines matching one or more rate cards. The resulting calculations include detailed explanations, enhancing trust and transparency.

Why It Matters

For organizations that wish to properly burden inventory so that better margin reporting and cost of goods sold is reported. Helps organizations better plan for logistics costs. The tool is offered without transaction or recurring license charges.
