What It Does

The Prolecto Cash Basis GL Generator supports creating non-financial transactions to explain the cash effects on accrual-based payments. These transactions, in turn, can support cash basis reports and explanations. The system can support specialized reporting, such as US 1099.

Why It Matters

NetSuite's cash basis reports lack the depth of cash explanations. Depending on internal accounting practices, the mechanism to explain cash may require additional transaction information. The tool is offered without transaction or recurring license charges.
