What It Does

The Prolecto Business Development Lookup supports stamping transactions relative to their relationships with customers. This includes indicating whether a customer is "New", "Existing", or "Repeat", which can then be used to drive commission and other reporting structures. Table-driven rules dictate when customers graduate from one status to another.

Why It Matters

Commission and bonus calculations are driven by incentives that need to be well managed to ensure all parties trust the fairness of performance.
