We are a NetSuite Systems Integrator. We are highly qualified to adapt your business and the NetSuite platform to meet your requirements. We thrive in complex business and technology situations requiring a solid capacity to understand your business challenge and invent ways to enhance or bridge NetSuite to existing or new software platforms.
As a NetSuite Systems Integrator, our only interest is to help you with professional services to produce the demanded solution. As exemplified by the 50+ NetSuite bundles we have created since 2009, for which we do not charge a license fee, our commitment is to bring you our experience and library of accelerator algorithms to drive value, innovation and software activation.
Oracle does not compensate us. We participate in NetSuite programs that give us access to the depth of tools and leadership needed. However, we do not have any sales allegiance.
When it makes sense, we can introduce you to the right Oracle NetSuite professionals that will help you in two situations:
- Future NetSuite Customers: adopt the subscription service for your business operations.
- Integration Partners: Extend your existing offerings to the NetSuite community to help extend your customer reach.
In all cases, we offer to expand and bridge your process, logic, and practices to configure and enhance the NetSuite platform in a meaningful and valuable manner.
Our Philosophy
We believe in NetSuite’s ambitious premise that a single extensible database platform to run the entire business opens significant strategic capacities:
- Single version of the truth: no confusion from the same data in multiple applications.
- Shared business distinctions: enhanced language in the business for describing entities and transactions, which drive enhanced coordination and delivery.
- No Data warehouse: no need for “data scientists” because all information is connected and available for summary in the operations database.
- Fitted application: all applications can be fitted (or even created) for their business use, minimizing compromises and the need for side systems.
We hold that in order to realize the promise offered by the platform, it takes commitment and know-how. It is our assessment that business executives that seek to realize the return and competitive advantages will need the following:
- Vision: it will take foresight and tenacity to steer the business forward.
- Expertise: individuals with strong capabilities to listen, conceive, design, develop and act will be required to realize objectives.
- Coordination: teams of actors will need to come together to develop and produce actionable plans.
We understand that our clients may use NetSuite in ways that incorporate integration into other systems. As such, we must be prepared to adapt and connect NetSuite to other applications when it makes sense. The NetSuite platform has been designed with this in mind.
We are a practice. This means we work on our craft to refine and deepen our platform expertise. We also recognize that we need to develop and possess powerful assessment capacities to grow our judgment so that we can advise on the most meaningful courses of action. we are grateful that we live in an era where we can take care of client concerns and develop our professional leadership while we also strengthen our families and hold our civic responsibilities.
Finally, our firm focuses on three qualitative capacities:
- Responsibility: we act with integrity, accountability and commitment. We hold that we must be at the cause for delivering outcomes.
- Trust: we understand that it takes making promises and then delivering to produce satisfactory situations. By working to produce trust, we open our future.
- Care: with trust and responsibility in the background, we work on behaviors that illustrate our commitment to high standards for service delivery.
Our Story
NetSuite's exceptional power is undeniable, but harnessing it effectively requires time and effort. Clients may not immediately wield its full potential as it takes time to develop the necessary competencies and expertise to leverage these powerful tools optimally. That’s why our clients keep calling us back.
In 2003, Prolecto was established in Los Angeles, California, by Marty Zigman, a former Big 4 CPA and management consultant with experience in running a DotCom and serving as a CTO. Marty founded Prolecto Resources to help businesses embrace the digital age and drive growth. He shared his expertise in selecting, implementing, and extending leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and eCommerce applications, even before cloud-native solutions were trusted. Since then, Prolecto has become a highly respected NetSuite ERP practice for numerous companies in various industries, such as technology, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce. The systems developed by Prolecto have led to significant productivity improvements and the discovery of new revenue streams, resulting in increased enterprise value.
In 2008 Prolecto decided to exclusively focus on NetSuite.
In 2009 Marty Zigman launched his blog, which is now a top NetSuite resource across the community. Marty tells the story more fully in the blog article, "Charting Growth and Leadership: The Evolution of Our Systems Integration Practice and the Launch of Our Enhanced NetSuite Delivery Capacity"
From 2009 to 2022, our primary focus revolved around crucial yet invaluable tasks, which involved nurturing our talent's competencies, fostering a robust culture, and enhancing our delivery practices.
In 2022, Prolecto introduced a refined practice model, showcasing subject-domain specific leadership offerings, competitive service standards, and customized solutions for clients with diverse NetSuite-driven requirements. Our track record proves our commitment to delivering reliable services, whether for large projects, focused point solutions, or ongoing NetSuite support, ensuring your business receives outstanding results.

Leadership Team
Leadership comprises expertise - the mastery of knowledge, skills, and experience that empowers effective guidance and decision-making.
At the heart of every endeavor are individuals. As efforts grow in scale, more energy is required. Therefore, team configurations typically include a:
- Project Manager who defines and sequences tasks along a critical path, constitutes and manages the budget, and communicates and steers each engagement;
- Business Analyst who ensures that the project meets its success objectives and provides the greatest benefit and quickest return on investment;
- Technical Analyst who determines the most effective technologies to achieve the project objectives within the allocated budget while minimizing the cost of ongoing maintenance tasks.
Marty Zigman
Founder & President
Marty Zigman knew that small and medium businesses needed just as many IT advantages as large firms. But they weren’t getting the same level of talent and attention. Marty founded Prolecto in 2003 to make sure they did.
When Prolecto Resources was formed, Marty had already been the CTO of a publicly-traded interactive media firm providing AdverGame and CRM technologies to Fortune 500 companies. During the turbulent dotcom era, he successfully built and sold an eCommerce consulting and cloud-based web-survey company. At the same time, he and his professional team developed Bank of America’s eStore solution, which gave merchants online stores, shopping carts, payment gateways, and integrated order management/bank deposit systems that processed over $4 billion worth of orders.
Marty also spearheaded the development of a sales force automation (SFA) system for a 3,000-member broker/dealer company. Before that, he worked for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he earned his CPA license while specializing in the selection and implementation of customized ERP systems.
The business acumen that gives Marty a special affinity for understanding the impact of IT on a company’s balance sheet can be traced back to his degree in Accounting, which he earned graduating Summa Cum Laude.
In 2008, Marty devoted the practice to NetSuite as it reflected the most competitive global offering to ambitious organizations that Marty has serviced during his professional career.

Meir Bulman
Practice Leader, Accounting
Meir is a CPA and certified NetSuite ERP Consultant who is a senior NetSuite consultant and Accounting Practice Lead with Prolecto Resources, Inc. His combined Accounting expertise and deep NetSuite knowledge, aided by a technical aptitude, provide valuable perspective into the real-world business needs of the NetSuite user community. With Prolecto, Meir has championed several client implementations and customizations and has developed a keen specific interest in solving challenges with Fixed Asset Management, Intercompany Consolidation, and Foreign Currency accounting.
Approach to Work
Accounting has been called "The Language of Business". As such, Meir believes that a sound NetSuite environment must produce financial measurements that remain true to the meaning of its business activities in the real world. Often, companies feel forced to modify their operational business practices to fit their software's rigidity, and the need for meaningful transactional measurement is neglected or relegated to month-end cleanup work. In contrast, “Business First” is a Prolecto mantra, and Meir’s contribution to that vision is by helping clients design their software to fit their business practices (instead of the other way around) and to design their business practices in a fashion that allows the accounting measurement to flow naturally from the way that transactions are recorded in the software. Through his well-received blog, Meir strives to help others understand his philosophies and approach.
Educational and Career Background
Prior to his NetSuite work, Meir was the Director of Implementation of Yardi software for a real estate accounting concern and was the Controller and NetSuite Administrator for an international home and healthcare distributor. In the latter capacity, Meir oversaw the company’s expansion and designed custom NetSuite solutions to problems like long Order to Cash cycles, shipping route optimization, and a complex inventory system. Meir holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University of New Jersey and passed the CPA exam in 2009. Meir is an active member of his community in Jackson, New Jersey, where he lives with his wife and their 2 children.
